Three Ribbons and Vision 100 Plan

Vision Plan 100

Since 1989, the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce has collaborated proactively with city and regional leaders to produce 10 strategic action plans projecting and planning for our future wants and needs. The latest plan, Vision 100🔗, guides our march toward a thriving region of 100,000 people.

Three Ribbons

The Comprehensive Growth Plan is structured around three planning “ribbons” that represent the areas of attention that residents of Rogers have identified as fundamental to their understanding of the City.

These ribbons broadly represent the lens through which the City staff along with elected and appointed officials will analyze the challenges and provide recommendations for growth and improvements within the City. The ribbons intersect and overlap, resulting in goals and intended outcomes that advance all three ribbons at once. Understanding how the three ribbons intertwine will allow a higher quality of life for citizens, increased economic sustainability, and protection of natural resources.  Everyone who comes to play, work, and live in Rogers can assess their experience of the City and engage with their community stewards to ensure continued progress.
